Creating Spaces For Conversation In Your Trade Show Exhibit

Posted on: 25 November 2017

Participating in a trade show can help to boost your business and attract new customers, but you'll want to do more than just show off your latest products. To make meaningful connections with prospective clients, you'll also want to create space in your booth to have private conversations with these potential buyers. Here are some ideas you can use to create private conversation spaces.

Walled-Off Conference Rooms

With a larger trade show booth, you have enough space to create a walled-off conference room. This space can in the corner of your booth, and you can use graphic signs to create the walls for the room. Place a round table with a few chairs in the center of the conference area, and be sure to have models of your best products placed in the center. Have a file cabinet or smaller table available to hold literature and sales sheets so you can speak to your products and pricing as you discuss the different products you have available.

Living Room Seating

Visiting trade shows can be a tiring experience for potential clients, so give them a space to relax while they discuss your products. Rent or purchase plush sofas and armchairs to create the look of a small living room in your booth. Add a coffee table filled with literature about your products, and have refreshments available on the table as well. Invite interested customers to sit down for a chat, and use this opportunity to try to close sales. It's a good idea to have an employee stationed in the area so he or she can engage visitors in conversation as they sit down.

Second-Story Conference Space

You can rent trade show exhibit setups that feature a second floor conference area. This keeps the main space on the first floor open for visitors just walking through, and it provides a completely separate area for private discussions. Be sure to have this type of booth professionally assembled for added safety, and look for a design that features high railings or walls to help potential clients feel more at ease. Remember to have a few chairs and a folding table available on the first floor just in case you have potential clients with mobility issues, as this will help to make everyone feel as though your business is accessible for all customers.

Talk to a trade show exhibit rental company about these different options, and choose the setup that works best for your business and your available trade show booth space.

Location Still Matters Even In The Digital World

Welcome to my website. I'm Joe Spears. A common adage for business is that it is all about location, location, location. Where you are able to open your storefront plays a large role in the success of your business. The same is true in the online world. If you want your real estate to sell, you need to understand where your properties need to be listed. I know this because I have purchased a much larger number of properties than your average Joe. Because of my interest in real estate, I have decided to create a blog that focuses on the marketing of real estate both online and offline.
